Individual therapy
One-on-one sessions tailored to your diagnosis, history, and goals. Approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dynamic Deconstructive Psychotherapy (DDP), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as appropriate to your needs.
Psychotherapy can be coordinated with medication management as part of your overall care.
Medical Metabolic Reset
Physician-led weight management and metabolic assessment, including laboratory evaluation, medication management, and GLP-1 therapies when clinically appropriate.
Initial evaluation: $400. Follow-up visits: $200. Labs and medications are billed separately. This program is self-pay.
